Why go there for shopping?
The main thing to buy is a good respirator. Or a ticket to Kunming where the smog isn't so bad.

Check out New Century Global Center, Chengdu.
Best ask a local when you get there. Also have a look at price shopping with JD once you are there and see stuff you like.
Chengdu is great for panda skins. Else the city is slow and boring
Chonqing is the "puzzle" city. Some statistician's call it the world's biggest agglomeration of human beings. If you can find all places on your list you deserve an award. Maybe give them your version of a postal service?
