  • Price seems fair but also seems lot a lot of hassle just for a cable. We do have cheap places to buy cables from here too, maybe not that cheap but not too far off. I paid $25 for 2m quality cable from http://www.ezyhd.com.au/EZYHD-Shop/ but MSY also have ones for about $11 I think. I'm not giving a neg vote, just pointing out there are local options too. And the fact that this place isn't just HDMI cables which are perhaps much cheaper than local options (unsure)

    • Yes, it does seem a hassle "just for a cable", but I'd suggest it'd be cheaper if you were buying a few. Some of the non-HDMI cables items (such as the Wii component cable or adapters/converters) are still difficult to come by cheaply here.

Also, note the cable lengths. As pointed out, it's US imperial measurements so 1m = 3.28ft.

  • Nice find, another cheap source of "premium" HDMI cables ($12.75US free shipping) http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.13187
I have 3 of these and they are as good as any $80 Premium cable at JB, they are really thick and very well made (not usually the case with anything from DX)

    • DX is a bit of a hit or miss for me
ive bought a ton of stuff from them, and half the stuff either didnt work at all or simply falls apart after a month
some of the other stuff works brilliantly

but hey, free shipping and really low prices
      go figure

  • on a quick note, 10ft = 3m
    stupid american measuring system

  • How do you pay? They don't accept foreign credit cards.
And US postage is expensive. It rarely makes sense to buy from the US when you can get the same thing quicker and cheaper from Hong Kong etc.
It this case DX would be worth trying.

  • DX accept paypal or visa debit cards, somethings on their site are illegal in Australia, butterfly knives, Lasers > 10mw, crossbows ect. shipping also takes around 3 Weeks +

    • they used to have pepper spray
my friend managed to get some before they took it off the site =(

    • Up to two week for me. If they don't have any readily available stock then it can be longer.

  • Just placed a large order to receive an email stating:

We are sorry but, unfortunately, we are only processing international orders to Canada. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

    :S
