          Roasted beans are at their best after about 4 days after roasting, and should be used within about 2 or so weeks. After this they'll still be OK for a few weeks but are starting to deteriorate slowly.
          Ground coffee is good for about 15 minutes after grinding, and then goes stale very quickly.

          It's like bread. You can eat it 2 weeks after buying it, but nothing compares to it being fresh.

          I wouldn't keep them longer than 4-6 weeks. Use an airtight container and a one way vacuum bag. I find best results are less than 2 weeks old and then it slowly starts to fade the aroma / flavours.

    Just got to try some of this coffee in my automatic expresso machine, Awesome stuff…
    I will buy some more when another sale comes around!….

    Takes me quite awhile to go through 1kg…. 1 cup a day….. hahaha

    I ordered Friday night, you responded Saturday morning and I received the coffee Sunday morning! It must have been delivered this morning or late on Saturday.

    So quick!

    We'd just about run out of beans.

    Tried some this afternoon and it was very good. Strong, flavourome and plenty of crema.

      Order placed Monday arvo 25th March- it's almost 5pm on Thursday (in Melbourne) & the beans have not arrived. With Easter the earliest possible is now not til Tuesday 2nd April. This is clearly not a case of fast & professional service even though its more than likely the couriers fault. Not a happy chappy!

        My delivery (to Melbourne) was also stunning - ordered Monday 25th but also just received on Easter Tuesday (8 days)- I've had items from the UK faster that than this this - so much for incessant marketing hype!

          But, my fault, your posties fault, some distribution centre employees fault, I don't care, I want you to have the same experience as everyone else….

    I just want to add yet another positive comment on the service from BayBeans. I put in my second order with James yesterday around 2:30 pm…and it arrived at my house (in Sydney) by 10 am the next morning! Amazingly quick delivery.
