      I'd say a lot of people have got on early, ordered on line, and cleaned them out. When I placed my order my local store had no stock. So I placed 1 on back order.

      It says something like "Do you have a promotional code?". Click on that and a box will appear where you can add the code.

      The code can be reused. Just do one order at a time to get the $5 credit with each order.

      Yes it is, I spoke to live chat and they said it will be likely processed on Monday. I then called the store I have nominated for pick up and they said they do process orders on weekends, so in the end I'm still confused if I will get it this weekend lol.

      i ordered around 10am this morning two printers in two orders (one non-wireless, the other wireless).

      just got the email half an hour ago that both orders are ready for pickup, which i will do later this arvo.

        very cheap feel made of plastic with loose feeling buttons. Screen is terrible also, photos thats looked crappy on camera looked good when viewed on computer.Id wait and get a better one :)

    You can also tell them about how you can get $5 off online when you buy from them the first time. They will usually take off $5 from the price in store.

    I did that with another item that they refused to reduce. Then I explained that to them, and they said ok.

    HN Broadway staff member checked with samsung when new stock arriving.They are NOT making this model anymore so all backorders will have to be refunded. I negotiated with them and they gave me an updated samsung camera for same price ie $39 great outcome!

        Just an update. Called the store and they asked me to come down and pick up a replacement. He was going to let me get a Sony W610 until he saw the price I paid, so he offered me the ST66. Im happy and atleast dont need to wait further.

    Got a call from HN Maribyrnong. Advised that Samsung can't fulfil the order or something, keep me waiting over a week for a callback even though a callback was promised last Tuesday. Getting a refund.
