  last time i bought from asos, one of the items was damaged and the other was the wrong item.

  8 emails and 4 weeks later, they still haven't refunded my return postage like they said they would after stuffing me around so badly.

  only buy from asos if you want to risk throwing your money away.

      yep, you'd hope they'd get it right most of the time.

      however, in my case they have stuffed me around really badly and don't seem to care much about fixing it.
