  i got one yesterday. so far i find it to be a good little phone.

    is that deal still available? Coles had them now at $99

    I agree its a better deal and with unlocking costing $5 instead of $13 its effectively only $12 more.

    Y201 doesnt have a front camera - i bought a Y201 for myself but am going to grab a t12 to use as a lojack for the car - most of the anti-theft apps use the front camera to take photos of thieves and email/sms them with location. Unlocking doesn't matter as I am going to keep it on Helstra for maximum range.

  What exactly is involved with unlocking? Is it some black magic code generator which only a select few have access to? How does it work?

    $10 'bonus' credit (cant use it for apps etc) with 14 day expiry. buy a $30 sim at BigW for $10 if you want something that will last longer :)

  Is there any place to buy a screen protector and rubber case for this phone? Any links/urls would be helpful.

  What model should I search for in ebay. This must be similar to some other branded phone as this is re-branded for Telstra.
