Could get the better spec'd yoga for $200 more though. Could be a solution. Not sure how the warranty situation for the yoga would work cos its not sold here

anyone know if its cheaper to use priceusa for a place like newegg or get it shipped directly from a US store which ships internationally?

  Yes but the yoga lack some connectivity port like ethernet which is a deal breaker for some people.
