  • Appreciate the effort OP but i have a feeling those barcodes aren't clear enough for the scanner to recognise.

    • they look pretty clear to me

      • Just my opinion, hopefully they work okay.

    • Them barcodes are perfectly fine to scan

  • Can this be doubled up with the other $5 voucher for reviewing your shopping experience?

    • This is the $5 voucher for doing the survey. So no you can't double up. Use ING Paywave or 5% off gift cards and its almost the same as doubling up.

      • Where is the best and quickest place to get coles gift cards at 5% off?
Currently I get the Wishcards in RAA but don't know where to get any coles 5% off gift cards?

If you are a member of a union (not sure if it applies to all) but I am a member of together union, you can then go to https://www.unionshopper.com.au/ get your coles/woolies gift card 5% off.

I get the entertainment book, it costs $65 from memory but that money goes to a charity (Heartkids is a good pick if you can't decide on one).
For the $65 you get heaps of vouchers, a gold card that gets you ~20-30% off a bunch of great resteraunts (generally with a $30-50 limit on the discount) as well as $100 wish or Coles gift cards for $95.

I know that for myself it's well worth the $65 since its made back from just $1300 of food and groceries and the rest including the coupons and resteraunt vouchers is like money back in my pocket.
They do one a year so it pays for itself in 2 months or less and then you have 10 months of discounted food/petrol/resteraunt bills AND you are giving money to charity.

  • Too bad can't be doubled up with ing pay wave rebate

Get $104.99 worth of stuff….go to checkout….with voucher comes to $99.99….use Paywave.

      • +3

if you spend $120 after discount for example, ask to pay $99 on CC paywave, then remaning on CC again, $21 on paywave

        • Or pay the $21 in cash (shock horror!)

        • +1

If you pay in cash, you pay $21…if you pay with paywave , u're only paying $19.95. Why would you pay more , when you can pay less?!(SHOCK HORROR!)

        • Or buy a gift card for the extra with pay wave and still save 5%.

In my knowledge I don't think you can pay for gift cards on credit? I could be wrong but that has happened to me in the past.

        • -1

You can buy gift cards on credit, no idea why anyone would stop you. Maybe their store had recently been defrauded by stolen credit cards?

        • -1

What you cannot do is buy gift cards with gift cards.

        • -1

Unless you use self serve :)

        • -1

Hmm, does that really work? You could go in a loop, gaining $5 each round.

$5 off!!! Its not worth it… I pass

Better than nothing if your already going there. In the past if its still over $100 I use my ING card twice via pay wave. Thanks OP

  • Are these survey barcodes unique or they can be used unlimited times?

    • I have used them multiple times in the past.

  • Coles also has a docket deal at the moment - save $10 when you spend $60+, valid until 26/3.

Any details or links on this ?
A Scan or pic will be very helpful.

  • I wouldn't recommend going to coles unless you either:
    a) Need $100 worth of stuff
    b) There are no alternative cheaper shops or green grocers.

I save way more than $5 per $100 by shopping for fruit and veges online.

    • Link would be nice, I've never seen an online fruit & veg store that's cheap. Aldi is good though.
