Normal price is $80-$100 on the D-Link, so not amazing but definitely a good price.

I bought this router 4 years ago and am still using it today.

I've found it to be quite stable (as udyz short review suggests), but the only gripe I've had with it so far is that the range is not great. However, up until today I've been unable to confirm whether my walls are too thick, whether the range of the router is just not that good, or whether the antennas are damaged/weak. I don't live in a large place and I went from getting no signal to a weak signal from the furthest room after I had moved the router to a somewhat more central position.

Haven't attempted to replace the antennas either.
I can't comment on speed as I haven't used any other "big brand" routers, but it seems fine. That's my 2 cents on using it so far.

Summary:
Good router, but range is questionable - don't know if it's because walls are thick or because of weak signals (or combination of both).

  I had one of these and replaced it fairly quickly, can't remember the exact reason but it could have been the range.
