    Yes. You can either install a program on your laptop/tablet to read them - like Dustynn said - or you can go to Amazon using your web browser, and read them in your web browser using their "cloud reader" web site (like Highdealer said). Both are free.

  for mick, i just buy em online and (see right hand side of page) I have them sent to my "kindle cloud reader" and then when i go home and i open my ipad ,there they are. Magic…
