  • As per in your description, Windows 8 = 31 GB space. Might be some error on the website, should be around 3GB.

  • DAMNN!! i bought this 2 weeks ago on the 16th for $674. would jb refund price difference?

    • I had a similar thing happen with an amp and they wouldn't refund the difference so probably not :(

    • maybe just get the refund and just head over to ow for the pricematch?

  • Good deal, great tablet. Wonder if they sell the keyboard dock too.

The acer store has this for $599 - $120 ($479) voucher off when using E-Waste and comes with Office for anyone who is interested

  • great deal, almost matches the costco deal a few months ago for the asus vivo tab.

  • I wanted to know if any other stylus or digitizer pen work on it or it does not support it at all ?

    • No active digitizer support on this tablet.

  • I just got this price matched at Officeworks East Kew. Manager was reluctant at checked everything for maybe 20 minutes and at first it didn't even go through and they had to chance it to defected to get the lower price.

    • $200 is a pretty big price drop for a price match - I would be surprise if this is well below cost for them lol

    • Omg i had big trouble price matching but got it in the end. Very happy with it.

  • anyone know what accessories come with this - web searches show this with an acer keyboard dock - does this come with tablet or an extra cost accessory. Great deal if keyboard included.

    • +1

no keyboard included but you can buy it for $169 or something extra.

  • Isn't Asus Vivotab Smart a better choice when it's available for $509.15 at DS.

OW price beat will make it $483.63.

can this harddisk upgrade to say samsung 840 pro 512gb or 256 it will give much more space??

  • Hi all. I bought one today at Watergardens in Melbourne. After about an hour of comparing and phoning jbhifi, they matched it and ofcourse beat it by 5%. They all have 3 more boxed units if anyone is interested. I am absolutely loving it. I have always been a windows man. Bought the nexus 7 for fiance and she loves it. But this is so different. Can't wait for the next version of touch friendly windows.

  • Just FYI, Officeworks are still honouring a 5% Price Beat on the JB HiFi price, just picked up one today for $456.95 …at that price, it's a steal! Spent the last few hours setting it up etc, very impressed, will be buying a 64GB Micro SD card tho, as mentioned above, you only have around 30GB Usable space once it's all said and done, 10GB is reserved as the Restore partition (which you can copy to USB, and reclaim) and the rest is the built-in applications, ie. you can upgrade to Windows 8 Pro with a key, and you can install Office 2013 Pro Plus with a key as well, both which i have done.

Overall, with a better screen than the Vivotab, albeit it a little more plasticy, it's by far the better option.
