PayPal Promotion - Valentines Day - Free $10 gift voucher when paying with PayPal

*Conditions:

• limit of 1 (one) per customer
• only when paying with PayPal
• applies to orders of minimum product order value of $50 or more (excluding shipping)
• Promotion starts midnight 28/01/2009 and ends midnight 11/02/2009 AEST for all eligible orders that meet these conditions within that period
• Those eligible will have their Gift Voucher sent out 24th of February 2009
• Gift Vouchers may only be used between the 7 (seven) day period of midnight 5th of March and midnight 12tht of March 2009 AEST and only when entering and redeeming the correct voucher code for this promotion at the point of checkout only
• Gift Vouchers will expire by midnight 12th of March 2009 AEST if it is not redeemed by then

  As commented in previous deals, see the numerous complaints in the Factory Fast’s Daily Auction - Unique Bid for Free discussion on the OzBargain blog, in the Shopping.com Merchant Directory and on Whirlpool.

  Factory Fast even took action against OzBargain due to the extent of negative opinions.

  I had no luck with the Deparment of fair trading with FF. I will now take this matter to the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal.
