          I've been browsing OZB for years, but signed up to comment on this.

          That product you say to select only has a $40 cash back, not $80. The "Internet Security" items are $40 back, the "Maximum Security" items are $80.

          The item you link to on your site has a title "Maximum Security", but on the specifications tab for Mac version it only says "Internet Security", and you're saying to select the "Internet Security" option when claiming your cash back.

          Which one is it? Anyone who buys it will be in for a nasty surprise (lose $15-$35 instead of profit $15-$35) if it is only eligible for a $40 cash back.

I was trying to make a point that it does not take an extremely long period of time to install/uninstall as well as complete the registration form (claiming is done electronically only). IMHO, the cash back process is pretty good & saves you much more time compared to cash back deals from other companies.

      Appreciate constructive feedback. The only adjustment i can make is a $10 cap on our SSDs without bundle - so some living further will benefit from the shipping cap. Once thing i do find good about the cash back claim from Trend Micro is they requested your bank account on the form so they can direct deposit to your account, not via mail as visa card, which is a safer option.

        Hi guys, I just rang up trend micro and they told me that shoppingexpress is not part of their eligible RETAIL store. They told me that because it is the only store, which does not fit within the "retail" wording of their terms and conditions, so no cash back.
