      I think Passport is USB powered and Elements is not (it has a separate power adapter)

    Bought one but they said they've run out of stock of that hard drive and suggest me to get the Toshiba usb 3. 0 1tb instead. Are there many differences between these two?

    HN really sucks. I placed the order two weeks ago but none of the store has stock. They only call me once to ask if I can get another brand instead but I said no. Then no calls for 12 days. I have to make a few phone calls to get a refund. They don't even have a phone number of their online department on their contact us page. I think I will never buy anything from them again.
