        We manufacture the belts ourselves in China from imported and local materials. I'm sure once you receive your belt you'll see we know are experts in the field. I myself am an Australian fashion designer.

  I must be blind but when I look at a Madrid Suit Belt and a Paris Suit Belt, I cannot see any difference.
  Another question I've got in my head is if those belts are good enough and worth $30 ?
  What do people say about them ?

    The shape of Madrid is slightly more square and indented. Unlike the Paris who is round and smooth.

    Nappa leather is not cheap. [Audi] (http://www.audi.co.uk/new-cars/q5/sq5/interior-style-feature…), along with many other brand names uses it for their car seats. These belts will last and are worth a lot more than $30. These are really rock bottom prices for the quality you'll be receiving. We are doing this so you can get to know our quality as we prepare our suits and shirts factories. I'm sure if you feel our belts you'll be first in line for our other products when we launch them.

  I have received my belt. Overall not satisfied
  - the belt arrived in tightly curled condition without a box
  - the leather feels very cheap (like every other belt from ShenZhen), nothing like nappa leather
  - the belt was marked with a number in permanent marker that could not be wiped away and would look ridiculous if I wore it

  Website is still down, it would be nice if the rep could give an explanation to all this

    Hi,

    We are currently delivering the belts in padded kraft envelopes. It is standard practice to curl belts for shipping due to postage regulations and practical reasons. For our launch we will be delivering in boxes. :)

    I personally select our leather hides to ensure it is of the highest quality. I personally check the selected leather that it a high quality grain and of suitable thickness for making belts. Nappa is a tanning process. The leather we used is cowhide and feels like any other full grain cowhide leather. It is possible that the nappa leathers you are use to are made from goatskin. Unfortunately, goatskin doesn't provide sufficient length to be used to make belts.

    I think most people will disagree with you that our belts feel cheap. Quite to the contrary, we have fully tanned the reverse side of the leather to ensure a luxurious soft feel in the hand. I don't think you will find many other belts with such attention to quality.

    I'm sorry to hear that. We do not making any marking on our leather with permanent markers. We emboss a number on the reverse side of each belt. If the belt you received has any markings please email [email protected] for an immediate replacement.
