Leffe Blonde $62.99 Per Case of 24 + $5.95 or $6.95 Shipping at Our Cellar

91

Leffe Blonde, a top shelf beer on its own right. a bit overpriced though, but as it can be categorized a bit like a boutique type beer it deserves a special mention. Usually priced above 90AU$ seen it only a few times @ dan murphy's for 70$, but seems to be available at most times on Jim's cellars (NSW) (59$ but out of stock)
but only a few bucks more (62$) at ourcellar.com.au. (have not tried them yet, but main office is only a few minutes drive from home, and they have 5$ delivery fee, same as Jim's, plus they take paypal). not bad for the price.

  • No price in title. Confusing description and what appears to a price that is $3 above the price it's "normally available at". I'm not seeing the deal here.

    • MOD, why unpublish our requests to have clarity in the subject title? It was a fair call. You updated the title - that's fine - but why unpublish?

did not unpublished anything, but would if i knew how to… second post only so get the pic.
and btw. no price in title???? here is the title:
Leffe Blonde $62.99 per case of 24 + $5.95 or $6.95 shipping at Our Cellar
        can't you read?

      • @warwick. Requests to fix up a title should be done with reports. Multiple comments asking the OP to change the title when it has already been change make no sense to those looking at the thread. Always use the report link.

bargain_west I fixed up the title as your title just said Leffe Blonde. This is why people were asking about the title.

haha. thanks for the comments. glad to see so many people are happy with the post. as long as i can help 1 person i m happy. Im not making money from the post so it's just time spent writing something a person might find useful. So i guess your comment is not really appreciated after all. so no thanks.

    $62.99 per case of 24 + $5.95 or $6.95 shipping.

Dan Murphy's has them at $102.

    Bargain. Albeit incredibly poorly presented.

    • thanks for the comment. who cares about the presentation though, it's all about the bargain, if any. glad to be of service.

    Lovin' the photo bro

  • Great beer, but defiantly not a a top shelf beer. It's worth the price mentioned, but if you wanna get yourself a treat, get a Samiclaus Lager. If you insist on getting Leffe, check if you can get a Leffe Trippel for the same price.

  • It's actually a pretty good price for Leffe Blonde — which is $70 at Grays and over $100 at Dan Murphys — but it's not quite a "bargain" at $62 when it is as you say, $59 at Jim's Cellars quite often.

Personally, I'd much rather get the far superior Leffe Brune for $70 from Grays Online.

    • To be fair, their $7 shipping to Perth/Hobart makes them much more appealing to me over Jim's $21 shipping and even Gray's $12 shipping.

But I do prefer the Brune as well. $70 Blonde delivered to Perth is pretty good though.

  • Yeh, this is a good price. I got 2 cases. Thanks for the tip :)

      no worries. glad to help.

  • Ridiculous shipping price structure for NT. Darwin CBD = $32.00, suburb next to Darwin CBD = $70.00

    No thanks.

  • the cheapest in W.A is $106.00
    i bought 3 carton's :-)

  • Out of stock.

  • I know I'm not currently in France… but I paid either 11 Euro's or was it 15 Euros for a case of this beer 2 years ago in a supermarket. Hence the reason why I refuse to buy it in Aust (ridiculously expensive for a case) unless it's on tap somewhere and I simply can't resist :-)

I agree. 15 euro (which was about 30AU$ or less 2 yrs ago) is about right, but you can't even get a light beer for that much anymore here. so price is ok. It's all about comparison lately anyway, i rather get this for 60 than crown for 50, etc etc… aus is getting very pricey, everything, just been back from one of the most xp cities in the world (NY) and everything is way cheaper than here.
salaries and security is higher here too, so it's a trade you end up accepting (or just go and live
in europe, south america, north america or most other places and struggle.) i know it's not fair, i d
love to have a great salary, lifestyle, and everthing cheap, but that combination is hard to get these
      days.
