Pre-ordered GTA V and bought Virtue's Last Reward
Is Virtue's Last Reward good? I noticed it was free on PSN Plus so I've just downloaded it, but don't know what it is.
It's the sequel to a Nintendo DS game called 999. It's what you would call a 'Visual Novel' but with a fair amount of puzzle solving as well.
I think the story is great and it's well worth a play, but since it closely ties in with it's prequel(although it's not 100% necessary to play 999), I'd recommend playing that first if you can.
Virtues last reward:
Its too text heavy, you constantly spend stints of 20 minutes just pressing the button to make the text go as fast as possible. The puzzles are ok but usually easy. Worth a try but probably not most peoples cup of tea.
I tend to stick with things though and so I'm 2/3rds through it :)
To be honest I dont think the "true ending" will hold enough water to be 25 hours of gameplay. But we'll see.

So there are NTSC and Pal versions, will they both work in AUS?
they will work on any PS3. DLC from AU PSN store won't work with NTSC discs. that's all
