  • I can't find a simple picture of a completed suit or shirt on your site??

    • Hi Holysmoke

We are working on getting a gallery of completed suits and shirts up on the site; as all our Suits and Shirts are custom-made we don't want to take a 'cookie cutter' approach but rather display the full range of what we can do. This is taking a bit of time!

We will have more pictures up soon. In the meantime we would be happy to send you some of our pictures by email if you contact us via the contact page on the website.

You can view all our fabrics and design options by starting to design a suit or a shirt.

Please bear in mind we are so confident you will love the finished product that we back everything we sell with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

      • Can you elaborate on the 100% satisfaction guarantee? Do I get my money refunded if I'm not satisfied? What about postage back to you? And if I have to pay postage, where does it have to be posted to?

        • Hi Spludgey

If there's any problem in the manufacture or quality of your suit, we will remake or replace it at our own cost (we are based in Canberra and will pay for the shipping back).

In the event that your garment requires an alteration as a result of incorrect measurements you provide, under our Flawless Fit Guarantee we promise to meet the cost of your alterations up to $40 per suit and up to $20 per shirt.

As all our garments are tailored and unique, we are unable to provide a refund for a simple change of mind.

You can read our returns policy here: http://www.suitmeup.com.au/about_us.php?id=7

You can read up on out flawless fit guarantee here: http://www.suitmeup.com.au/about_us.php?id=9

          We hope this helps.

          Sincerely

          Ross

    Hey boss, want a suit?

  • too expensive! just bought a full wool suit from MARKS & SPENCER @15pound delivered by DHL, 2 days delivery.

    • +1

LOL. Not going to be the same quality.

        who knows who is better?

        • +6

it would be a fair assumption that this tailor made suit is much better than the $21 suit you brought. in fact, spending $21 on a suit says a lot about you as a person.

That he's a true OzBargainer? Lol

it was 90pound or 160pound with trousers

  • I'm a pretty skinny guy. How well slim fitted do these suits generally come out to be? I like my suits/shirts to be well contoured to my body.

    • They aren't skinny jeans/

    • Start lifting
They're made to your measurements, hopefully it will show off your slim physique

    • +2

Can you even lift the suit? :P

  • Will they honor my measurements if I am as big as Mr. Creosote. One more wafer..

    • Of course! We don't discriminate :)

      Cheers

  • Hey rep. Just a few quick Q's. What S number is your fabric? Also, are these made to measure or tailored off the rack suits?

    • Hi SydBargainer

All our suits are entirely made-to-measure, starting with a bolt of fabric. We don't do off-the-rack and we don't take existing suits and alter them to fit you.

In terms of the fabrics we use, ours range from Super 100S to Super 140S; any higher than 140S and we find it's just not sturdy enough for everyday use.

We've provided an overview of our fabrics on this page: http://www.suitmeup.com.au/about_us.php?id=15

If you would like help choosing a particular grade, please let us know (possibly through our contact form) and we can send you a list.

      Cheers
      Ross

    • Site seems to be down for me, but I remember reading it was 120S to 150S, or 140S.

      • Hi pg88 - we've checked the site and everything seems to be operating normally; please let us now if you continue to experience issues and we'll sort it out.

        Thanks

        Ross

  • If there's anyone who's taking a chance please post up a review :) I would love to but being a student $350 is a lot of money to throw out on a suit… that and I have a generic suit already, but if this is as good as Ross claims I'm willing to invest
