The schedule's too packed but that's just me... If it's your first time in Vietnam it takes a day or two to get your bearings.

If you think they'll profiteer by charging $6.50 (no surcharge) instead of $6.15 (incl. surcharge), why don't they do that already?

You know they could already be raising prices regardless of surcharges. Let them raise prices 10-20% and see how they go.
