CMF doesn't have OIS

I think this is Wacom AES based on the laptop compatibility list. Some on there such as the P1s I know are AES only.

Definitely lasts a full day, even on my smaller 41mm. Charges really fast too.

I don’t disagree that this build is fine for this price of machine, but just ensuring that buyers are educated that just because the…

HP specs on the page say this is a 62.5% sRGB display (I think OLED in the title is wrong), so I would say no for photo editing. The colour…

Ah yeah it's 404 because the underscores got converted into markdown italics. [Try…

Not true for this class of laptop unfortunately. The inner frame is plastic, with an outer aluminium sheet glued on. You can see this…

If you're not gaming you can drive any external monitor you want, although note lunar lake has a max of 2 external monitors + the internal.

Whilst it's Lunar Lake, 68Wh is quite small for a 16" laptop with a 3K OLED (OLED laptop panels guzzle power), so don't expect the…

Eh, it's fast enough for most use cases and it has (PC) segment leading iGPU (except Panther Lake X7/9) and power consumption

To check if your laptop uses Wacom AES, check for a Wacom device under Human Interface Devices in Device Manager.

This is true, but I don't think many devices do microSD UHS-II either, do they? If you're using it in a camera or something, this could…

Depends how much you care about text sharpness and brightness for bright room viewing.

Were they perhaps classic plus?

mmWave won't work even if it is a US model since the Carrier Profiles won't have it configured.

I have one of these, it's a decent phone, happy to answer any questions. Performance is a bit better than you'd expect for a phone of this…

Don't think so, Telstra also has it discounted to $599 for pre-orders.

Only if you have Points Club/Plus

CIS implies that calls to 13xx and 18xx numbers aren't free/included?

Got a Fold 1 on Australian Launch day, will definitely get this on launch too (if Samsung Australia actually decides to sell it, as they…

Where does one apply the coupon code whilst changing plans?

I mean, it's a data plan. It won't work for that in Australia either (ok technically receiving SMS will work)

No 5G Standalone on the data plans despite being postpaid sadly.

Just wish there was good support for Linux on these. Maybe one day the Lunar Lake version will drop to this price...

Good for 2x scaling and hides the weird pixel matrix of these Samsung OLEDs better if you're sensitive to that (I am). edit: correction,…

No lol, I was saying it’s possible in theory but I’m not really interested in abusing it like that.

Same here - no contact whatsoever. NSW near Sydney CBD.

MRO: monthly repayment option Yep, in my Telstra account I can see a "Tax Invoice" with my name, Telstra's ABN, and "Pixel 9 Pro 256GB" for…

Oh and FWIW I bought the Pixel 9 Pro outright, worked fine. Don't need to MRO.

Telstra only locks prepaid phones afaik.
