Not my experience, multiple times; very easy to leave, no ongoing billing issues. Very easy to join too.

Not good, but only amongst a very small and very vocal minority that like to be very negative.

Nobody should be using proprietary file formats when open formats exist for office type files; even MS Office can save to open formats....

I find it to almost always be better than Telstra, in my dual SIM phone, Optus is much more likely to show strong signal.
