You really need a decent GPU, not a CPU for this stuff. As it doesn't have cables for a GPU, you would be out of luck.

Just download the Windows 10 ISO. Not rocket science, but it won't be supported after October.

That is one way, or just do a clean install on the new drive. The license is tied to the machine, not to the drive.
