      That means that DHL have received the information on the package, but have not collected it yet. There is stock and there is no way for GB to manipulate DHL's tracking.

    Mine's almost in Adelaide, however DHL say that they need more information about the importer:

    "A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer or please contact DHL Customer Service for further assistance. Customer should contact DHL Customer Service if not reached by DHL"

    Hopefully that doesn't cause too many issues.

          Just received mine now, I haven't put any of my personal app/login details yet. How do I confirm this hasn't had malware installed?. As going into the installed app setting, I can see Facebook and Cheetah Mobile Cleanmaster SDK are installed.

          Can anyone give any insight into this??

    I bought one 7 days ago with DHL shopping and I still haven't even received a shipping email. They take 2 days to respond to emails and each time they tell me next week once stock arrives they will send me a shipping email.

    This doesn't seem right. Really annoyed right now I feel ripped off

    Hey rep, when setting up the phone there is an option for English (United Kingdom), English (United States) and no English Australia. egardless of which one you select the next step takes you to a country and again no Australia.

    Can anyone help?

    For those with the dhl customs query- I spoke to dhl and they tend to think customs needs to verify the value. They're calling me back tomorrow. Will update here when they do.

      New update on DHL's web tracking-

      Further Detail: Shipment has been given a release by Customs.
      Next Step: Unless there is an adhoc exam or a stop by another regulatory authority the shipment will proceed to delivery

      So hopefully will be delivered tomorrow or next day.

      xiaomidevice is just one of many Xiaomi resellers. I don't have any experience with them.

    Got the phone today. 4g is great even underground Melbourne metro. Fingerprint is instant. Very speedy for normal usage, just that the camera is quite shitty. Overall bang for buck for sure

    How in the hell do you open the SIM tray up?, I've looked on youtube and all the video examples have a tool that seems to have come with their phone. Mine didn't come with one.

          However it was sealed and a MIUI firmware update worked, so I'm guessing it was just a common mistake missing the manual perhaps

        Got the package 2 days ago on the 15th. Haven't turned it on yet but the phone box was sealed. I did try on the case but out looks like they supplied the case made for the noon international phone and it is too small for it!

    Got mine today.

    I ordered the international version but upon initial setup I do not have "Australia" as an option when prompted to select "Choose your local"?

    Should this be the case? Also the international adapter that converts to Aussie 240v outlet is pretty bad. Falls right off.

      Xiaomi never intended their phones to be sold in Australia so the option was never added. Mi forums suggested choosing a region in the same timezone.

        Ok, I selected Singapore and selected the correct time zone in settings. I don't know if it's just my phone but the camera is very laggy. When panning around for a shot it's all jittery unlike my smooth lumia phone and the delay to take a photo with the flash on is pretty bad. Can anything be done about the camera? If not the phones going up on eBay.

    Great phone at a great price!
    The new redmi note 4 doesn't seem to be much of an upgrade on the note 3.
    Similar performance and even better gaming performance on the note 3 snapdragon 650 chip.
    Note 4 comes with marshmallow 6.0 out of the box but the note 3 will get it soon enough!

          I actually wonder whether miui 7.5 6.0.1 is any better than miui 8.0 running 5.1.1.? I guess you'd have more miui features, but I'd have more android features?

    Was told today after many emails back and forth that there isn't any stock expected until 15th. Then add shipping time on top of that.

    Is this legit? Are these fully sold out ? Would be good if the website actually mentioned that when ordering….

    I have cancelled my order because I want to get Redmi Note 4 with SD652 cpu International edition when it is released. I contacted geekbuying request cancel my order as it had not shipped yet. They have given me full refund and I will buy Note 4 SD652 from them when it becomes available. I also left a positive review of refund experience and of the OzBargain Sale by Clear.

        No ,but rumours are suggesting oct/nov. India is big market for xiaomi and they are not allowed to sell mediatek cpu in their phones. So there will be snapdragon version SD652 as upgrade. This is also sold in western markets also. Taiwan version has more bands and best suited for Eu and Australia etc. Hoping they just make kate like model instead of kenzo and kate and just have one model for outside of china. Mediatek = china , Snapdragon = International

    Anyone that has physically received the phone and case/screen protector care to share which ones fit properly? Links?
    I have a phone with an eBay bought case and screen protector, both don't fit right.
    Screen protector just annoys me because it's short, while the tpu case I had to butcher to allow for ports/etc.
    Will make do with it this way until someone confirms which ones fit properly :)

    What kind of BS is this. I think GeekBuying should be banned from ozbargain for false advertising (shipping in 2-7 days which didn't happen) and shit service…

      Ordered Gold Package B with DHL on the same date. Sent an email to support earlier this week, they replied the next day saying it would be shipped this week. So far no email.

      Sent a message to Clear yesterday but haven't heard anything. Not sure if he's inundated with messages or only going to respond if he gets a response from GB regarding my order

      Part of me is hoping that the phone will just show up in the next week or so even if I don't get a tracking no by email but it would be a lot more reassuring getting a tracking no. and shipping confirmation
