They have losts of affordable good quality furniture, beds etc.

We bought a sauna from them and very happy! Arrived with a damaged light and a replacement was sent straight away. Also had a small puncture damage on one of the side panels from shipping I guess. Got shipping refunded.

EDIT: Looks like there have been bad experiences. Beware just in case. They have a show room to go and try items actually, would possibly save people from some of the issues.

      Consumers are warned not to deal with Deluxe Products Pty Ltd (ACN 102 989 097) trading as Luxo Living (Luxo Living).

      Luxo Living is a furniture and homewares retailer operating through the website https://www.luxoliving.com.au/ and from retail premises located at 160 Newtown Road, Wetherill Park NSW 2164.

      Since 10 January 2020, Fair Trading has received complaints from 200 consumers dealing with Luxo Living. The majority of the complaints appear to be unresolved. Consumer complaints include that goods ordered and paid for are:

      • faulty or defective
      • not of an acceptable quality
      • do not match the description/image published on their website, or
      • not supplied.

      Anyone who has dealt with Luxo Living and is not satisfied with their interaction is urged to lodge a complaint with Fair Trading online or call 13 32 20.

    Bought a sauna and the lid cracked under the heat and pressure. They sent a replacement 5 weeks later and new lid cracked. They won’t admit it’s a flawed design and am struggling to get a refund. They’re trying to offer a partial refund which I declined. Then they sent me their policy:

    “If the fault cannot be solved with a spare part and no replacements are available within 3 weeks, and you choose not to accept an alternative product, we will offer you a full refund or a pro-rata refund depending on how long you have used the product for.”

    I’ve only had the product for three months and it’s broken twice so couldn’t use it.

    Speaking from personal experience, IMO, they are very dodgy. They did nothing to resolve a issue and posted a response on social media acting like it had been resolved.

  • For what it's worth I bought a bunk bed from them 18 months ago. The top step has a bit of a crack in it, I called them and they sent a replacement within a week.

    They could be turning over a new leaf since the above warning who knows.

      Read the recent reviews - the issues remain the same.

      There's even mention of asking customers to remove reviews prior to resolving issues.

    Also had bad experience with faulty table and chairs. Had to go through PayPal to get a refund from PayPal themselves as well as lodge a complaint with fair trading. Avoid

    Most orders are OK but when it goes bad, it turns into a dumpster fire

  • I bought a sofa set back in 2019 and it was pretty good. Still using it.
