    • What are these codes from?

      • Samsung Members App when starting with CSP.

        Non CSP is from Chat.

      • They are from samsung members app.

  • Is there any way you can get a code working in their business portal? no trade-in bonus and no trade-in codes valid….

  • Is there a way to get the education price within the Samsung Shop app? So you can get that 5% off too?

I only see the edu price through the browser

Select account and scroll to the bottom. Select store.

  • For those who are doing trade in, are you being asked to upload front and back of your Driver Licence by Asurion?

    • +5

Yes, same as last year and the year before

  • S25 Ultra 256gb - $1719.20
    +
    Power adapter - $79.2
    Power bank - $79.2

Intend to cancel the power adapter and the power bank. May be around $100 back?

  • Also, can you change the name for the invoice when using an edu or a gov mail?

    • You can change any name you want when placing your order.

      • Thanks!

  • looks like samsung finally closed the accessories refund loophole but they went a little extreme blocking even the cancellation of the entire order.

having second thoughts about the jet black cuz 2-3 of my past samsung devices had paint chips on the frame (from putting on and removing of cases). Thinking of switch to one of the standard colors without the colored titanium frame but it's no longer possible to cancel the entire order.

    • If you want to cancel whole order do it from chat or call them. Just a warning you won't be able to use GALAXY2025 on the same account tho

    • Whole order cancellation option is still there, but yes, you can't now cancel items individually. If you select one item, it automatically selects all other items as well. Will try tomorrow via chat if they can cancel accessories for refund.

      • i was able to select one item to cancel. other people have had success too on this thread.

        • You must have ordered more than 1 accessries. Right? Thats why you were able to cancel others,as we need to at least have 1 accessry in the order.

          • @OZBsince2018: yeah i ordered 3 accessories. i saw people talk about having to order at least two before i ordered

          • @OZBsince2018: I could cancel two of my items through the shop app. No issues

            • @Geez: samsung shop app, through order email or at samsung website by entering order details..nowhere I can see individual order cancellation..its only showing whole order cancellation only…

  • +2

Ordered s25 ultra 256gb plus a clear case, screen protector and buds 3. S8 for trade in at $1. Paid $1,086. Cancelled buds after order confirmation. Invoice shows $907.

Expected total cost $907+$20+$1+$30=$958 including case and screen protector.

    • How did you cancel the buds? I couldn't see any options to do so other than cancel the whole order?

    • +1

Never mind, found it! Thanks anyway!

      • could you please advice how you managed to cancel the buds, i have no option to select only buds. Thanks

        • Just click cancel order, then select the item you wanna cancel and choose a reason of cancellation, quite straightforward.

          • @Ausperleo: But when I select accessory in the order, it selects phone as well. Can't select accessory only to cancel. Care to guide?

            • @OZBsince2018: I did mine just like what I described above, no tricks, maybe I was lucky.

        • It seems only few people were able to cancel part of the order. I can select buds only to cancel, however, get an error after pressing cancel order.

    • +1

Can't seem to cancel just the buds on mine. Selecting the buds instantly selects the phone as well

      • Same here

      • I added three accessories and buds were third on the list. Seems like that is the only way some us could cancel the buds. But people are seeing mixed results.

    • hey buddy..how did you cancel buds..for me samsung shop app, through order email or at samsung website by entering order details..nowhere I can see individual order cancellation..its only showing whole order cancellation only…

  • Can we still purchase the $20 voucher valued at $100, and how long is taking to arrive?

Also, would it be possible to say apply 2 of these vouchers, say Mrs and I both buy over two seperate Samsung accounts and apply on one order ?

    • You need to purchase it immediately. It expires at 11.59PM tonight.
Mine arrived in about an hour tonight.

      • +1

got in the nick of time :D

  • Hi, Has anyone who has not used the Edu/EPP site tell me what's the best deal they have received for a S25+ or S25U. Thanks

    • -3

      $526 for s25u 256gb

      • +1

why am I being negged. I plan to cancel/return the buds

        • I didnt neg but what did you trade in to get it down to that price? What accessory didnt you cancel?

          • @8azinga: i didnt cancel a case, i traded in an old iphone 14 laying around

            • @Quarter Pounder: Listing the price without listing the trade in is kinda useless, especially when its an iphone 14 that takes a fair bit off the price.
They also asked for a price NOT from the EDU/EPP site.

    • Why are you in the edu/EPP deal asking for the best non-edu/EPP deal…

      • Sorry, did not find a thread for the normal portal.

  • +1

Jumped ship back to android, some great trade in deals.

    Galaxy S25 Ultra - JetBlack 256GB
Watch Series 7 Bluetooth 44mm with Sport Band
    Total - $1,155.58

    Discounts:
    - $100 Galaxy eVoucher+
    - $200 eVoucher discount.
    - $400 Trade-In bonus.
    - $150 Trade-In bonus applied (traded an old Apple watch series 5, worth around $100-$130

Mobile Monster offering $740 for my Iphone 14 Pro Max 128gb.

so looking at $415.58 for a new watch and phone, happy with that.

    • Sorry how did you get 2 trade in bonuses? ($150 & $400)

      • 150$ is auto, 400$ need to request from Samsung itself

      • Yes, $150 auto bonus, extra $400 through the members app

  • anyone getting stuck on the checkout page upon entering the serial number for the trade ins?

  • Has anyone been unable to cancel the accessories once they put in the order? Worried if I added in a Buds 3 Pro to make use of the $200 GALAXY2025 voucher it won't allow me to cancel it.

    • +1

Lots of people havent been able to cancel accessories.

      • Ooof, that sucks. There goes the opportunity to drive down the prices more.

      • +2

I managed to cancel buds 3 pro, I think you need to ad more than one accessories to cancel one. I added screen protector and buds pro, cancelled buds now hoping I get the refund.

        • Seems like you're right. Another user did the same as what you did, so this seems to work. Good stuff.

        • Ahhhhh right. I used this trick last year but forgot to add 2 accessries this time, and only added 1 buds pro.

    • +1

use the normal buds and it will be free when you use $200, for me at the Corporate Portal it was prices as $179 + $27 case = $206, so literally free.

  • Ordered S25U 512gb, Buds $179, S25 Clear case $27 total paid $257.54

    Trade in S23U 1TB $640, apple iPad 3rd Gen Wifi 128GB $325 , total $940 in trade IN VALUE.
Your $100 Galaxy eVoucher+ has been applied!
    Voucher applied! $200 eVoucher discount.
    Voucher applied! $400 Trade-In bonus.
    $150 Trade-In bonus applied.

P.S. for those listing phones they not intend to send, Samsung is holding security against the trade-in amount from your credit card, if the items are not delivered that amount will be charged I don't think so they will charge you $60. $640 for my s23 trade in will then be authorised from my card and same goes for the iPad 3rd Gen it will be charge $325.

    • +2

"for those listing phones they not intend to send"

      That's why we're trading in ~$10 items.

The real value is in the extra bonus credit they apply to the trade

      • you are the smartest person on this planet.

      • +1

so just selet a $10 item which i don't have. no need to send anything then they will just charge $10 later?

        • Just checked the fine print . If no device was returned there will be $60 fee

A Late Return Fee of up to $60 will be charged if you have not sent in your trade-in device within fourteen (14) days of receiving your New Samsung Device. The Security Charge, Late Return Fee and any other applicable fees relating to Samsung Trade-In will be processed by our third-party provider, Asurion

          • +1

@elvislj: 10 dollar value trade in phones get $30 non return fee from my experience. $60 for higher value ones. Forgot what the cut off value is.

  • +6

Thank you for helpful tips and code stack examples.

Just ordered S25 Ultra 512GB for the checkout price of $976.79 by using the following codes/voucher:
    100 with $20 voucher
    150 trade in auto discount
400 trade in bonus code from live chat
200 GALAXY2025 code by adding various accessories
5% off first time using app (my actual first time!)

Total charge to CC is 1226.54
I have yet to return buds and organise trade in.

For those who just comment asking to be given solutions and answers, consider reading through the comments first. Yes, it is a lot of pages, but you have to work for bargains. Otherwise just pay RRP :)

Reluctantly upgrading from my Note 10+, no more security updates :(

  • +1

There is a CBA Yello offer going on where you spend over $500 and get $100 credit back as long as you use a CBA credit or debit card on Samsung site. Not 100% sure if this is gonna work with EPP site, but its worth a shot for extra $100 savings.

    • I checked the terms and you need to purchase it from the Samsung CommBank Yello Online Store which seems effectively the same as the normal store. Can't seem to make use of the EPP site unfortunately.

    • +2

It was meant to go to special link for Yello, but I agree with you, it might just work with EPP/Edu site if we use CBA card to pay

      • If it does it will show you the reduced amount before final purchase confirmation, ie the 2nd final purchase after all the trade in security steps. But I doubt it will work outside of the Yello online shop portal. Worked for me via the Yello portal however since I didnt have an edu email.

As I already alluded to a few pages back there's also a $150 off for $1000+ purchases listed on one of the portal pages but I'm not certain this includes the phone category specifically.

        • I used commbank debit card for S25+accesories order at samsung app (edu store)..but the total amount didnot deducted $100 of commbank yello..so not sure if I would get the $100 credit in my CBA account later..lets see

          • +1

@toyapple9: Yeh prob not I'd guess. Tried to combine shop 5% first purchase discount but couldn't make it work with the Yello store portal at all. 5% wasn't really even worth it for me in the end as I only got an S25 so the final amount was only $518 (less $100 with the Yello discount) but since the shop 5% only seems to apply to the final subtotal post discounts (unlike the edu 20% up front reduction) was only like another $20, may as well save it for something else of higher value down the line.

Probably jump on that edu/epp store quickly in case they revert it to a post voucher discount like the shop 5% I'd say.

            • @buyerbee: So u went through Yello link and can get similar pricing as edu/epp? I tried, pricing is like normal store, which is still $900+ for cheapest S25 after all voucher (400/200/100) with random $10 tradein. Did u trade anything high value to bring it down under $600?

              • @hanofee: Yeh I estimate it cost only about $100 more overall with the $100 Yello discount instead for an S25 but you do get the extra 256gb for that so not so bad. The edu/epp discount will be even better though for the higher cost S25's cause the 15-20% initial discount abviously amplifies a bit more.

Yeh got it down to $408 total (technically $418 including the cost of the buds3) after trading in an S23 with $390 trade in value and the Yello $100 discount applied at checkout (so went from $518 > $418 total). So technically if I wanted to return the Buds3 which were $209 with their bundle discount it'd really only be $208 total but I'll probably keep the buds, needed one more pair and curious to how it handles ANC without the inner tips etc (I can't use tips make me dizzy).

  • Is the evoucher entered at final payment stage AFTER doing the trade in steps?

    • You can enter it before or after I think. I usually enter it before then checkout (it'd ask for trade-in detail, then pay)

      • Got it! Thank you

  • Put in my EPP order,

    S25+ Ultra 512 using Note 9 trade in ($80) + Samsung Care ($139.50)
    Galaxy S25 Ultra Anti-reflecting Film ($18.52)
Galaxy S25 Ultra Standing Grip Case ($37.53)
    Galaxy Buds3 Pro ($227.43)

    Applied:
Your $100 Galaxy eVoucher+ has been applied!
    Voucher applied! $200 eVoucher discount.
    Voucher applied! $400 Trade-In bonus.
    $150 Trade-In bonus applied. Ends 14.02.25.
    20% EPP + 5% first time discount

    Total charge comes to $1324.72.

    Thanks everyone for the tips.

  • +1

how are people cancelling the accessories?

    • +5

If you have added more than 1 accessory, simply go into your orders, select this oder, you will see an option to cancel order, click that and it will list all the items in the order. Select all accessries EXCEPT 1 accessory and of course phone, and cancel.
Trick is add more than 1 accessory i.e. 1 cheapest and others to make up the required $200 accessory order, and then cancel all accessries except the cheapest one to get the refund.

      • yeah too easy figured it out thank you :)

      • By doing these do they charge you back $200 valued voucher "galaxy2025"?

        • +1

From experience, bonuses remain and never get charged back.

  • +1

    Great deal thanks

S25 256gb + buds pro + anti glare film. Using edu

    100 eVoucher
    300 trade in bonus
    100 trade in bonus
    200 GALAXY2025 accessory code
10 not sending trade-in fee (60 - trade in value of 50 for random old Samsung)
    5% first purchase in app

    =====
    $697

Just hope this doesn't fk up any future home loan prospects 😅

    • +3

10 not sending trade-in fee (60 - trade in value of 50 for random old Samsung)

It doesn't work like that, you'll still end up paying 60 admin fee (they already charged you the 50 that cancel out with the 50 discount you use when purchasing)

  • Dont have epp or edu access. Im fkd

    • If you have a westpac account, you can access discount via rewards

      • I get this message when I click on Discounts and Extras

"You have no offers to display at this time. Please check back later."

Am I looking in the wrong spot? I just openned a debit account

        • +1

Yeh Discounts and Extras, not sure it will appear if you just opened the account

        • +1

I'm getting the same message. Can you see yours now? I'm sure they had received thousands of new applications in the last 24h…. for nothing!

          • @Jlcanta: Nah still nothing. You?

            • @cramjo: I wonder if the account needs to have a minimum balance before the offers would display on the Discounts and Extras page. I currently have $10 on there and got the same message as you.

        • +1

I opened a business account and it worked straight away by going to the business section web login and then clicking rewards. I just said I was a grape grower. Hopefully I can cancel without dramas lol.

A debit account was giving me the exact same issues. I called them up and they couldn't help. Try the business account. Please note I didn't read the terms and conditions so proceed with caution ! Only took 30 seconds. Didn't need ABN or anything.

          • @Nyclix: Thanks mate. I might try the same. Can I check if the discount rate was 15% or 20%?
