Ok ordered S25U 256GB and Watch FE for $1098. Couldn't cancel watch online so called up Samsung and got it cancelled in 5 mins. So, phone only is $859 now and watch shows cancelled in order. Will sell my S23 Ultra for pretty much the same price. Happy days, bless you Samsung ;)

    Has never happened before plus the rep confirmed the refund amount. I have recorded time of call and verified refund amount multiple times. Finally, order amount updated on the portal to the phone cost only.

    I got the updated invoice after cancelling the buds. the code has applied to phone price. but not sure when and how I will get refunded…
    the original payment hasn't cleared yet in my bank account; hopefully they deduct the updated amount.

Those who got additional code for 1TB variant, (I think someone mentioned it would equate to $200 discount) when trying to add at the check out it comes up with an error message that it can only applied to 1TBrom variant, which it is in the check out.
How did you go about solving this?

The livechat is offline now and I can't ask Sammy about it. =(

        @wantvsneed: i traded working device for $120 last yr. but Asurion deemed it as not in proper working condition. so only refunded $1. a lot of hassle contacting Samsung ans ACCC, got refund. but time consuming and frustrating. Asurion are hard to contact and not part of Samsung. so its a hit n miss. this time traded in near dead phone for $30. i am not fussed even if they dont refund

    For the 150 and 400 trade in bonuses they seemed to auto apply for me when I clicked through to trade in my S22U which had a value of 340

      $400 for Ultra bonus trade in is a code you can get from your Memebrs app. Don't bother calling or chat. Just download the Samsung Members app and look around.
      
      Then download and use the new Samsung Shop app and you get an extra 5% off your FIRST purchase.
      
      Buy the $100 evoucher for $20 (arrives after a few hours) also from the Samsung Member app - NOT the Samsung shop app.
      
      If you buy an Ultra, they also auto apply $150 trade in bonus also. Otherwise it will be $100 extra for other models.
      
      The GALAXY2025 $200 code only works if you have buds and phone case.

If anyone has managed to get around that on the gov portal, it has somehow noted I already have a samsung non gov account and it refuses to let me log in with my newly created gov account saying my email is invalid and i then get an email to my gov email account saying i need to log in with my other existing account as cant log in with both. Fun times indeed

Can someone please tell me how the trade-in works. I have a perfectly healthy S10+ that I was quoted $115 for. This would allow for $115 to be deducted plus the trade-in bonuses right. But if I choose not to send the phone I would be charged a fee of $60. Would I also be deducted of the $115 to my order? If I claim that my phone is broken I get quoted $1. Would I still have to return the phone? If not would I be charged $60? Someone said they will be charged $30. Could someone please explain this to me. thanks

I got a S21+ I want to trade in and there are minor scratch/dent on the top left corner from dropping it before. Top value I can get is $185 but when I go through check out and it asks the condition of the phone. Once I click scratches/dents it drops my phone value straight to $20. My phone is full working order. If I was to send it in without ticking scratches/dents. What would they do when they do deem it not in described condition?

      You can get another an UPTO $400 code from the Samsung Members app. $400 for Ultra/$300 for others.
      
      The site also automatically gives you $100 extra rebate for trade in. If you buy an Ultra, it'll be $150.
