    If anyone has a ABN just grab a Westpac business account, you have to select the premium $10 a month one. Sign in and click business hub and then Samsung discount link is there straight away.

    Cancel the account after a few days

    Great extra savings
    Confirm all vouchers work

    Maybe use anyones ABN lol not sure how illegal that is so don't really wink

          I can view my order by entering my order number and email.. but unfortunately, that screen gives no way to attempt to cancel the accessories, just the whole order ;/

    • I did this today for Westpac Business One Plus with my ABN, but rewards says 'Don't have an eligible card'. Any ideas?

      • You have to open the plus one account and then click on business centre on the app / website not available on the free account

            • @Samson2020: Perhaps the card needs manual approval before it's linked to the account. I can see my account does not have a linked card yet.

  • What a mess. The $400 trade in voucher was applied correctly in cart ($952), then when I hit purchase, I was charged $1352 and the voucher disappeared from my invoice.

    Have called Samsung and they've had to escalate to another team….

    Bought the ultra for myself and want to buy the regular s25 as gift but some codes can only be used once per account and new account won't work since it won't have EDP access

    Headsup homies… not sure what the rest of you are doing but this is my conversation around cancellations.

    I tried to cancel the Buds3 of your order however, I was getting an error message. 4:41 PM
    I was escalated your order with our support team. 4:42 PM
    As per our support team, because you received a promotion/offer for the S25 series that you ordered. A partial cancellation is not permitted.

    • Yea seems hit and miss, some people have been able too, others can't. Worst case return after receiving it.

      ‎4:16 PM Even me is trying to cancel the buds on your order and it is saying Note: This order has promotions applied.
      4.17 PM That is why last option is to wait for the order to be completed and request for return and refund for the buds, just make sure don't open the product.

      • Yep, I added my buds in the flow for choosing the phone. Removed my first phone order as I realized it was the wrong color and readded it later hence why screen protector and case is listed first. Which I can probably cancel now that you mention it.

  • How can i get Paypal to work?

    It keep on circling and doesnt display login page when I choose this option from checkout.

    • try refreshing or use googlepay

    • I had issues with Paypal and Google Pay on the shop app. Ended up using Samsung Pay and it worked.

  • Has anyone been able to get all three vouchers to work on the edu store:

    $200 accessory
    $300 trade in bonus

    Whenever I add the voucher the $300 drops off.

      I used the govt portal which should be the same and used those 3 codes. When I was playing around, I did get a message that said you could use maximum of 3 codes.

      • Thanks! Seems to happen because the phone has reached 0 value and wont take anything off the accessories. Wonder if there's a way to have to codes take from the accessories instead.

    I ordered the Galaxy FE watch ($227) as the only accessory and it is giving me the option to cancel it, although I’ll probably end up keeping it

    Annoyingly the GALAXY2025 code can only be used once , at least in the corp partner portal

    • Same as Edu. I tried to buy another for missus but no luck

      • Just access the Edu store with Unidays :) That's what I did (I had ordered the first one on my direct Edu account via the App).

  • I can't complete my order, the Asurion OTP email seems to be getting blocked by the government security. :(

    • You can use other emails for the trade-in.

      • How? When I go to checkout it just says an otp has been sent to my work email and I have no way to change it

        • I think when you do the trade in detail, the app asks your email.

        My order was saying Awaiting Dispatch so I just clicked on Cancel order and then selected the galaxy buds and hit cancel. It reduced the total by the amount of the earphones.

        Now my order total is $1,021.45 which includes one screen guard and one case and s25 ultra 512GB
        Will get TRS refund as well as flying next month so that should give me another $92 off.

        Have a flip6 512GB which i will flip on ebay for another $900 so cost of upgrading to this one will be neglibile!

          • @HappyBargainer: Expand the order. My order was accepted but once expanded everything listed was still at the first stage.

            You will be able to cancel everything BUT the first accessory under the phone in the list as the fist item you select apply's the promo. So if a case is selected first, then buds and something else. You can remove everything under the case.

            If you attempt to remove the first selected item, it removes the phone as you are removing the discount applied. Hope that makes sense but PSA choose the cheapest accessory first.

                      Just hit Support / Contact Us and Returns and follow the prompts, iirc they connect you with an agent.

                      Just say you had a change of mind. Last time they asked me to send photos of my product to see I hadn't opened it.
