    I have samsung s21 ultra phone ..website says $240 trade in value..i dont want to send this phone. So can anyone pls suggest what option should i choose while placing the order?       Did you bother to read other comments?!

      You pay a $30-60 fee and have to return the $240 they charged you.

      So they will charge your $270/300 total.

          Yeap you'll be charged $360 (the discount they gave you for trade in) + $60 (for their troubles).

          You can then do whatever you want with your phone.

    I was able to cancel part of my order in the Samsung Shop app with no issues. Cancelled the Buds and got cancellation confirmation straight after. Still deciding whether I should cancel the kindsuit case too.

      I suspect if you try to cancel the case, it will also cancel the phone as you only have one accessory so it'll be tied together.

    I signed in to Samsung account but when I went to EDU store, it asks me to enter "Employee Email". When I entered name@schoolname.vic.edu.au it keeps saying "The Email field must be a valid email." Any idea how to get around this?

      It can give that error if the email you are trying to used is already linked to another Samsung account. If that's the case it'll send emails to the school address saying such.

        I think the issue is my actual Samsung account uses the same email address (name@schoolname.vic.edu.au) instead a @gmail.com for example. So maybe I should change the email address in my Samsung account to @gmail.com and then use the vic.edu.au when I enter the EDU store.

      Needs to be one that you can access and verify the otp.

      If its a real one, it means its already been linked to an account. That account will be getting a security email.

        how so, the ultra is massive (too big), I have an ultra now, and I agree with eatoff, the difference seems underwhelming. Not to mention the S25+ is still a large size.

      If you added 1 accessory you cant cancel sepratly. Only if you have 2 or more can you cancel.
