    Thanks a lot OP. Was able to get S25+ and Galaxy Buds3 Pro for $493.60 from Samsung EPP after all the discounts. I traded my S23+ for $405 + $100 trade-in bonus + $300 additional trade-in bonus after talking to Samsung support.

    just to be clear with the s23 plus trade in, we pay that out of pocket fee today $405, then we dont need to send it in until we receive the new phone correct? and if we dont send the phone in at all, you might risk them keeping the 405 plus a $60 non return fee?

      You can, I and others have all done it no worries. You just can not remove the first accessory after the phone in your invoice breakdown as that accessory has the promo code attached.

    I have a relative whose EDU account I will use and I already have a Samusung account using an unrelated email address. I am struggling to work out how this all ties together after reading most of the comments.
    1) Do I need to create a Samsung account with the EDU email address.
    2) If I buy the $100 voucer for $20 from https://www.samsung.com/au/gift-card/e-vouchers/pre-registra… using my current Samsung account (non-EDU email address linked) is that a problem to use on another Samsung account?

    FYI for those who don't have an edu login or whatever and are with CBA there's currently a Samsung yello store offer for an extra $100 off with a minimum $500 spend if bought here; https://www.samsung.com/au/multistore/commbank_yello_au/

    For an s25 trade in w s23 + buds3 managed to get it down to 418.30 (ie 518.30 less this 100 cashback offer). It will tell you at checkout before purchasing the full discount but you will already need to have committed to a trade in security charge I believe.

    Possibly this could give up to $150 off for $1000+ spent but I'm not sure if this covers the phone specifically cause that promo ad they don't seem to be listed as a category but as this didn't apply to my case I'm not sure. It lists:
    "Every $1000 spent get 150 off too

    Vacuum Cleaners

    But the $100 off for $500 spend min. is confirmed working for the phone at least for sure.

      That's why best to do it online as it would be black and white. Amount taken from your account and the tax invoice would differ and that's a good ground for refund.

      Nah you get refunded whatever the amount of the buds were in the invoice. Bonus discounts never get taken back afaik.

    Following my cancellation of an accessory, I haven't received any credits from my payment provider.

    Probably have to wait a few days but I noticed the order status has moved to Awaiting Dispatch and the amount of the order has been updated to reflect the cancellation of the accessory. May need to follow up at latest, after they dispatch the goods.

      You cant cancel buds if you only added the 1 accessory. You have to take delivery then do a refund.

        Not anymore - ordered 3 hours ago (S25 Ultra, Buds and case) and can't cancel the buds. Tried two Live Chat Agents and called - all said the same thing after checking. The person I spoke to (on the phone) also said I couldn't return the Buds and that I'd have to return the whole order, if I wanted to return anything.

      yup… I didnt get the $20 voucher either because of the save issue. I think its a Samsung ban issue on an account level. try creating a new account with a different phone number linked
