    • Any workaround the 5% first time purchase (no app needed) if u have already purchased through the app before?

  • I can get S25+ 256 for $446 with s23+ 256 trade in, if only it was a decent upgrade.

    • Doing research it pretty much is apart from the camera the battery 200mah more ram is better 12gb of ram instead of 8 also wifi 7 newest bluetooth tech 5.4 and you get 7yrs of updates instead of 3

      • Pretty sure the camera is the same as the S22/S22+

        • +1

It is. Main tangible upgrade is the 8 Elite

  • Anyone received order confirmation/invoice yet? I have ordered but no email yet.

    • +1

It takes some time to get the order confirmation. Give it time save your order id incase

    • +1

I can see my order in the app but no email, itll take time

    • Ordered this morning and received the invoice around 2pm.

  • Do I need to pay for the postage to send the phone?

    • No. They'll send a prepaid label

      • Thank you, mate.

    Played around for a bit

    S25 256GB $509.20
    Watch7 Bluetooth 44mm $359.4

    Total 868.6

    $300 Trade-in bonus with voucher

    $200 e-voucher for GALAXY2025
    $10 Trade-in value for watch4

Might buy the $100 for $20 later today.

    $878.6 (+$10 no watch to be traded-in) for a new s25 and watch7 44mm is quite a good deal.

    • Where do you get an IMEI for the watch?

    • Also need to factor in $60 fee for not turning in item.

      • No, you don't. Read the t&c https://images.samsung.com/is/content/samsung/assets/au/term…

  • btw someone mentioned Westpac has 15% discount for those without edu or gov email

Something about Westpac members rewards i think

  • +1

I have signed in using edu account but it seems $150 has not been applied:

    Galaxy S25: $1599
    Tradein (S21): $145
    Trade in : $300
    $20 voucher: $100

    Total to pay shows $1599-$145-$642.70 = $811.30

Can anyone please help me understand the breakup of $642.70? also, is there a way to verify that 20% discount and/or $150 trade in has been applied?

    • +1

I got it down to $601.70 after $20 trade-in tablet.
      You're missing GALAXY2025

    • +1

the base price on S25 512GB in the EDU is $1,279.20 - your $1,599 looks like you are not getting it?

  • +3

I was able to cancel the accessories just after my order went through. I haven't received the order confirmation email yet but received the cancellation email with correct refund amount but haven't received the funds yet.

    • Where did you go to submit the cancellation?

      • if you go to your orders page there is a cancellation button. then it shows the list of items and you can choose which one you want to cancel and the reason for cancellation.

        • Thanks. I just tried doing that to cancel the Buds but it says there was an error and to call them instead. :(

          • @Xishnik: I guess I have been lucky! Not sure why it went through. I did it using Microsoft Edge with an account linked to my employer if that helps anyone…

        • When i try to select the buds it automatically selects the phone for cancellation as well. You didn't have this issue obviously?

          • +2

@Cheepcheep88: No, it let me choose only the buds.
I also received my original purchase invoice and buds have been removed from that and also from final price. Total $867.06 for S25U and Kindsuit case! Very happy, as I sold my iPhone 15 Pro Max in the marketplace for $1450 (made some money by switching from iPhone to Samsung).

            • @KB57: just tried, it either selects all items or none now :(

          • @Cheepcheep88: just unselected the phone, and it will leave only buds selected. it works.

        • Mine just has cancel order above the phone in my orders is this where you go?

    • What accessories did you order?

      • +1

Kindsuit Case and Galaxy Buds3 Pro, but only cancelled the Buds3 as I want the case.

        • What is the reason you provided? I tried the link from EPP still doesn't work.

          • +1

            @SR9: "not interested/change of mind"

        • do you remember if you added case or buds3 pro to the cart first? if you follow the same step to cancel case, does it also select the phone? (just test it out, don't go ahead with the cancellation since you want to keep the case)

          • +1

@CodeXD: In my order page I can still cancel just the case. So it might be my browser or account!

          • @CodeXD: I tried different phone storage capacites until I made my purchase. In the end, the accessories were in my cart before adding the phone.

          • @CodeXD: doesn't matter. selecting the item to be cancelled right under phone does trigger the tick box next to the phone. Just untick the box to the phone and cancel the item you wish to cancel (buds might be), and it will allow you to process.

    • I keep getting error when cancelling Buds 3 and ask to call their support number

      • Im getting the same error

  • Can anybody please tell me that if i purchase 20$ evoucher with the fresh account which eventually gonna using to claim 5% first tim puchase discount. Is that 20$ evoucher purchase counted in as first time purchse on that fresh account?

    Thanks

    • Just buy voucher outside shop app

  • +1

The wait for the $20 voucher is the killer. im worried the earbud pros will go out of stock. Do we have till the 26th for all the vouchers before they expire?

    • The waiting is unbearable. These types of e-vouchers are usually issued within minutes by other sellers.

      • The voucher has been available to purchase for the last few weeks

    • Technically yes but they've killed codes in the past when overwhelmed with orders. Hopefully they don't and they restock some of those accessories.

    • Same boat, surely the buds wont go out of stock theyd have an abudance of those in stock. More than phones youd think.

  • +1

Error when i tried to partially cancel the Buds3 so spoke to Rep online.

Told me they cant cancel but to just request refund and send it back after receiving the item within 7 days.

  • Is there a difference between purchasing the phone from Samsung vs Samsung Edu? If so, how much?

    • Extra 20% in edu store

      • Edu has $50 lower trade in bonus

  • +4

    Just got:
    1x Galaxy S25 Ultra 256GB Jet Black
    1x Galaxy S25 Ultra 256GB Jadegreen
    1x Galaxy Buds3 Pro
    2x Clear Magnet Case x2
    2x Anti reflecting film x2

    Vouchers Applied
    Samsung Gov Store Discount
    $100 Galaxy eVoucher
    $200 Evoucher discount
    $150 Trade-In bonus
    $400 Trade-in bonus
    * $390 Trade in (S23)
    * $135 Trade in (S21 FE)

    Total amount = $4885
    Discount = $3238.20

    Total paid = $1646.80

Seems like the codes worked on both phones I think.

    • +1

      Thats not a good deal

You should have done two separate orders.

      • +1

$1646.80 for 2 phones and accessories seems like a very good deal

        • Considering his traded in phones it is good.

      • +1

Should of done 2 seperate orders dont send trade in sell private would of been alot cheaper

      • Maybe, but it didn't seem to be coming out cheaper for me when I was playing around. Plus I would have had to screw around trying to get another couple of evouchers to do them separately.

I'm happy enough with $823.40 per phone including accessories and should be able to cancel galaxy buds 3 pro to take another $239 off which will make it about $704 per phone.

    • you need to cancel and try again

    • Not counting in 2 phones trade in, each s25 ultra outright cost would be (1646.8 + 390 + 135) / 2 = 2171.8 / 2 = $1085. If you can cancel / off load Galaxy Buds3 Pro, it would be $1085 - $239 = $846. Is my calculation correct?

    • Did the eVoucher apply to both phones?

  • +1

Damn, order just confirmed - cannot cancel the Buds 3 Pro :/

    • Can imagine there will be a lot of Samsung Buds flooding the Marketplace next month.

    • Return after receiving it

    • same story, but I got buds3 (no pro). I chatted to the support, they say my order still "processing" even though I received confirmation email not long ago. will give it another go later tonight

    • You can still press cancellation button, just done mine after order confirmation.

      • +2

It auto selects the phone as well, no thanks.

        • Mine didn't, had check box for SP, case and buds so only clicked buds.

          • @lufee: What reason you checked? I actuality tried them all and getting

'Whoops. Something went wrong. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 362 603'

The webchat support person could not cancel either

  • When do these ship?

    • +1

      Shipping starts from 6th Feb.

  • Argggggg my $20 e-voucher hasn't delivered yet…… What should I do. Live chat said have to wait 24 hours :(. Damn.

    • +2

      What should I do

Go back in time 24 hours and order it.

There is nothing you can do but wait lol get the other codes from chat now in preparation

    Qty: 1 Total: $1,028.20

  • +1

Cancelled accesories succesfully, so total damage ~$420 for a base model S25, not bad

    • what assessories did you have in your order? some are stuck to the phone itself as per some comments

      • +1

Cancelled Buds3 Pro and keeping the case. See comment from burningrage below, exactly the steps I took

      • The first accessory added with the phone will be bundled with it. So, if you want to cancel the Buds3 Pro, add the cheaper screen protector first.

    • What accessories did you select?

      • As above, also I cancelled after I received the "Your order AUxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx has been confirmed!" email, not sure if this step is required

  • Order confirmed but can’t cancel accessories. No worries, will take to local Samsung store when I get them. I’ll keep the magnetic case and the chargers, and return the other cases.

    • +2

Do the local Samsung stores accept product returns from online orders though?

  • +6

To address the matter regarding cancelling accessories:

After I received the confirmation email, I proceeded to login into Samsung account and went to Your Order.

I clicked CANCEL and it will then show a dialogue box showing what you ordered (in my case, 3 items).

You can select the accessory you want to cancel and you do need to give reason which I put as "Change of Mind".

Upon clicking confirm/ok, I got a confirmation dialogue box saying the accessory has been cancelled and subsequently received an email confirming the cancellation of the accessory. If you return to Your Order again, it will be shown the accessory you selected has been cancelled but NOT the others. I am still getting my phone and its anti-reflective film.

So it seems to be working. The next step is obviously confirming the accessory amount has been TRULY refunded through your choice of payment (eg: Paypal or Afterpay or CC) and if it does, by how much (fully or otherwise).

    • Which accessory worked for you?

    • Awesome thanks for confirming. I'll post back here once I get my confirmation email.

      • Ok doesn't work for me because I just got the phone and a keyboard cover for my S9 Ultra tablet. Cancelling selects both items like others have said.

        • +1

It would seem like if you have Phone - Accessory 1 - Accessory 2 selected in that order sequence, then you can cancel Accessory 2. Selecting Accessory 1 would select the phone as well. Does this sound like what's happening?

          • @burningrage: Yes that seems to be the case as I'm reporting the same behaviour as 0 0 0.

Would seem like you need two accessories for this to work, but doesn't that mean you can't completely cancel ALL accessories?

            • @LostyJai: Yes. But that's a lower damage because had you chosen anti-glare (the cheapest accessory I think), then you would still be in the money by $180+. Now that I think about, if I want to eventually put protective silicone, do I still need this anti glare lol?

    • When I tick my buds the phone also gets ticked. Not risking cancelling the whole order !

      https://imgur.com/a/cw4Ecvu

      • same

      • Did you only order the buds as accessories? Those who can cancel had multiple accessories like case and buds.

      • +1

i think its only working with cases and other accesories not with watch or buds

      • You do need to wait for the confirmation email which I received literally 15 minutes ago on an order I made at lunch time.

    • +9

It seems to be the top accessory or first accessory you choose which removes the phone. I was lucky and could remove the buds and case as not needed but I needed to keep the glass screen protector.

Hope that makes sense but select the cheapest accessory first so it shows up under the phone in the order break down.
