    Paid $478 to upgrade from S24U 512gb to S25U 512gb + Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Going to try:
    - either cancel (if possible) or sell the headphones to hopefully recover around $150-200
    - use TRS also to claw back $48
    - privately sell the S24U instead of trade in
    - claim it tax time for work use

    Hopefully this will allow for an upgrade price of close $0

    For anyone not going to send the trade in phone back, you can just choose "cracked screen" in the condition to bring the trade in value down to $5 or $1. The non-return fee will be reduced to $30 instead of $60.

        The value that it shows, your cards gets charged and money on hold.
        Its better to hold $1 instead of higher amount, essentially gaining you nothing

    Received order confirmation email, and I'm able to cancel most accessories.
    only one accessory is linked to phone, and once I select that, it auto select phone for cancellation.

    Receviced cancellation email immediately, final order price is $878 including screen protector, $10 trade in.

    OK so as part of my order I opted to Trade In a phone. Trade in value was $300.
    If I now opt to not send that phone in, will I be charged the $300? or just a $60 fee?

    So I'm trying to get 5% off first purchase on the app (in the EDU store), and it showed the 5% off before checkout, but now at checkout it no longer has 5% off. Has anyone else managed to get past this? (it is truly my first purchase)

      EDU portal (would have been same on Westpac Rewards portal I think) - Note for purposes of the 5% discount, it appears that all the vouchers (including the GALAXY2025 accessories one) are applied to the phone price and the 5% is taken off that, and this is not explicitly listed as a 5% discount on your order summary.

      I paid:: $612.37 + $20 (for the $100 voucher) = $632.37

      S25 256GB $1,119.20
      - $100 voucher (that cost $20)
      - $100 trade-in bonus (EDU/westpac rewards portal offer it seems)
      - $300 trade-in bonus (code starting CSP from Samsung Members app)
      - $1 trade-in (my S10e has a cracked screen)

      = $618.20 but it shows $397.29** ($618.20 - $200 GALAXXY2025 = $418.20; 5% off that is $397.29)

      Accessories $215.08 (clear magnetic case, clear film, buds3)
      - $200 GALAXY2025
      = $15.08

      Total = $633.28 but I was charged $612.37

      As above - I think the 5% was silently applied to the phone price only and not the accessories, and by counting GALAXY2025 against the phone (so as to make the 5% as small as possible ha!).

      Will attempt:

      • return of buds (or sale through marketplace)
      • TRS (though with $397 value maybe not worth the time - going domestic -> intl and maybe not enough time in between to visit the TRS desk during the connection)

          It's 2 different things I think::

          1. EDU on the App (I used my old uni email…) - on the shop page scroll to the bottom and pick "Select Store"
          2. Westpac rewards (or EPP) I just used on the browser.

          S25 256GB was $1119.20 (I don't know the discounted prices of the other models, that's the only one I looked at)
