I bought one of these last time for US$0.01($0.02 AUD). They are pretty crap, but what can you expect for $0.02! You have to cut out the black rubber circle from the case as you can't use the ipod wheel when the rubber is there!

most of the time u can use wheel with rubber
in fact, most cases have it, most silicone cases at least
even mine does and im fine with it
