Was on the hunt for an oven to replace the one in our rental.
The best price I could find yesterday was $548 at Betta. Can't remember what it was at Harvey Norman yesterday but it wasn't even in the ball park(I think almost $100 more) but now they've got the best price :)
Went and got one today. Sticker said originally $699
What's the cost after delivery though? Unless you're happy to make your own arrangements to install, remove old one, and connect (by an licensed sparky).
The last time I went shopping for a Freestanding cooking unit, Harvey wanted $180 for delivery, installation and removal of my old unit. The price would vary according to different stores though as they all use external tradies for installation.
We got the fan forced version for around $600 almost a year ago from good guys or bing lee.
This one was under $500.
Always good when you have a mate thats a sparky and will pick it up for you ;)
If you have it for Rental Property,Dont forget to get an Extended Productcare. I got mine as a deal One of the Hot plate didnt work, They just swapped it. :) Sweet deal even Sweeter. Less problems.
Seems alright. Pitty it's not ceramic top. We're after an upright but want ceramic top (the cheapskate version of induction)
Though for a rental, it sounds ideal.
