        Yeah i just confirmed they are blue swimmers.

        Chinese restaurants do not serve these as they are cheap, and they certainly dont go for $50/kg that mudcrabs do. You can buy them in the shop for $10/kg

    Anyone been to food star? Seen the Foodstar sign before, but buffet's worry me.

      IMO foodstar is not as good as it used to be, below average. I much rather prefer going to kitchen workshop in crown.

    Blue Swimmer Crabs have no meat and is mainly used for broths and soup base.

    First time and last time I went to Foodstar was 2 years ago. I spent a number of hours afterwards detoxing myself on the toilet. Below average quality IMO.
