  I think I paid $35pp via some deal site last year, $10 extra for the scenic Nerang river cruise sounds alright as long as you are not at the back of the boat sucking up the diesel fumes :)

  This company is not good at all. We were several minutes late due to the bad weather, and had called to advise them when we were on the way, we were told by the receptionest that the cruise would wait for us,but they didnt because they had gone before the time, and they didnt check customer list or didnt put our names on the list. When we arrived, didnt find them, tried to call the receptionest to make sure if the cruise left or whether we can change to the afternoon trip,but she never answered! We spent 2 hours on the trip and didnt have interest to go again, so wanted refund but they refused.

  Well that's unfortunate and sorry to hear that but my experience was fantastic when I went on the 8th of june. We took our son (10mths old) and they couldn't do enough to help. The tour was informative and the staff exceeded expectations to make sure everyone was comfortable and got to see whales!!! We came down from caboolture and the weather was awful but we still mangaged to make it by boarding time.

  Whil'st your situation was unfortunate I would higly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great tour.
