    Have been trying to add a sub 0 top to cart for the past 20 minutes to no avail. The cycling ones get a page error and the running one magically goes from $25 to $130 when you view it. You need to seriously fix your website rep.

      The Compression Tri Shorts are designed for Triathlons so they are suitable for Swim, Run and Cycling. The Compression Cycling Shorts are designed specifically for cycling only.

      the tri shorts will have a thinner, smaller chamois so they won't feel soggy after a swim or get in the way while you run.

    Didn't get the email, or any confirmation email of my order when it was placed, but the website shows the status as processing so I hope that's right.
    Hopefully the "up to 2 weeks" means it'll come a bit quicker.

    sent them an email yesterday as it said 1 thru 5 days for dispatch… (no reply yet)

    Ok well just not long ago got an email(from 2xu) plus a partial refund from paypal

    only bought two items(one item now out of stock) so that puts the price of freight on to the one item, sure its $2.50
    but was their stuff up- perhaps an email asking if we still wanted the order would have been better ?

    Anyone else still waiting on their order? I ordered 4 items and received 2 last week but haven't heard anything since. No refund on the 2 outstanding items so hoping they are still being 'processed'. No replies to emails and was promised on facebook that someone would contact me but nothing yet.

    Thinking of giving them a call tomorrow.

      Got my email with tracking number on Saturday, tracking it now.. it's either going to arrive today or tomorrow I think.
      Hopefully everything is in there because the email didn't state anything about any items not being available, although two items listed in the email don't have an SKU showing.

      I strongly suggest getting in contact with them by phone (keep trying - they do eventually turn off the answering machine). I rang earlier in the week and found that my two outstanding items weren't going to be sent - was told they were out of stock. When I told him that was strange since they were still for sale on their site he put in a new order and promised delivery this week.
      In saying that though I still haven't received notification that it has been sent and it's now Thursday. Very unprofessional.

    This is my first experience with this company. No items received. No refund and no communication. I won't buy from them again.
