    I bought USBs last time and received email after email from vistaprint concerning virus' on them (and I got a credit too about $2).

    The last email from them over the USBs assures me that their are processes involved now to ensure no virii on the USBs. Good to know.

    I tried putting it through a second time and it has processed the order (currently in my account as 'in progress') but I haven't received a confirmation email. I got the confirmation for the first one within a minute or so.

    Did people who submitted more than one order get a confirmation for each order?

    Edit: Not even kidding, as soon as the page refreshed after posting this comment, the confirmation popped up on my screen. Took about 20 minutes to come through the second time :)

          click Email, then select existing order, then cancel order, then follow the prompts, they cancelled it for me in one day last time, next morning saw it, hope it helps

          Exact same thing happened to me. Ordered a mug for $7 something shipping and it has charged me $23.78 for a mug and a bunch of return labels.

          Order cancellation page doesn't work either.

    There's some fine print in my email from Vistaprint that clearly states 'Coupons cannot be used on Sample Promotional Products' right after 'Only 1 coupon offer per customer' so in a few weeks there will either be a hell of a lot of canceled orders or heaps of happy ozbargainers with free crap.

    Not sure if anyone else got incorrectly billed. I paid for a $7.57 stamp but ended up getting billed for over $37 (the coupon didn't stick basically).

    I asked VP to either fix it or cancel it (nicely of course), they responded saying they'll give me a $32.46 refund which was higher than the original value of coupon. Now I'm only out of pocket $5.10. Happy days!

      I have, its not perfect, but quite good especially for the cost.

      Mine was quite complex as well, I imagine simple images will be embroidered better.

        That was a free order, so no payment was necessary. Possibly why CCs were rejected. Tried redoing the order but code expired while doing it. Reordering just turns sample order into full orders of 24!
