    Just wondering were all the cancelled orders for promotional items?
    Did you pay anything for your orders?
    I've got one order showing shipped that was all promo items, I wouldn't be surprised if it's cancelled they don't ship this quick.
    I haven't received a order shipment email yet either.

      I used the coupon twice, used it twice last time it was posted.

      No issues, my latest two orders have been shipped with tracking.

      The difference is I used it for what it is, a discount coupon where I still pay some money.

      I imagine people are getting canceled orders as soon as they notice you abusing the coupon.

        Yeah I also used it with a number of freebie offers that I had, multiple times :D
        But I paid for something in all my orders.

      I've been lucky enough in the past to get some things done… But they've (maybe) cancelled an order for paid products using a $90 scoopon voucher that was paid for a month ago!!!
      It'll be disappointing if the other stuff doesn't show up, but I'm not too fussed, just a waste of my time… But if the paid items don't show then I'll be having a nice old chat to them!!!

    I'm really hoping that mine don't get canceled. There currently listed as Shipped but there's no tracking number. I do have a tracking ID for the shirts that I ordered at the same time though.

    If mine does go though then maybe they are picking and choosing if people get them depending on wether or not they have recently bought items.

      It came in an email that I received. Eastetnculture received the exact same code.

      It was the same code for everyone that received the email but it said in the terms and conditions 'not for use with promotional samples', however from what's been posted vistaprint have honoured it before just not this time.

    How do you know whether the orders are cancelled? Mine is showing up partial shipment and no other description after I click into the order.

      If you click on the 'Track' button, it'll show the status next to the actually item ordered!!!

    I had some stuff arrive today that was originally 'Shipped', then 'Cancelled'. I think it may just be how they're processed, but everything seems ok now!!!

    4 of my orders have tracking numbers now, the 5th order has shown shipped since monday with no tracking number it was all promo items so who knows. The orders with tracking have no events yet though.
    Now I just need to get some quality business cards done somewhere.

          The week before I had ordered a stack of stuff(mostly freebies), then they sent me heaps more offers for freebies so I used all those really abused them and ordered some extras with the coupons.
          I don't know how they manage to make money.

          They make money the same as every business seems to nowdays - deception. Or at the very least, twisting the truth.

          For example. They labour the point in an email an item is "free". Then they charge for anything other than adding text to their artwork. I began ignoring their promotions. Because every time I went through the process of designing a particular T-shirt I wanted, it grew from "free" to something like $20 + postage.

          The other thing they do is… "Custom deck of cards posted for just $4.99" (or something like this). Then you find out it's the smallest, or oddest shape that you don't want and the normal size that most people want is several $ more, or again, has ridiculous artwork fees. If they're going to do that, then why not just say in the email WHAT SIZE (or whatever) is free. Being cheap is good - but being HONEST is better.

          I've done sales training, and the "marketing gurus" that train sales people claim this kind of deception draws customers that might buy something else after find the deal isn't what they thought it was. I believe it instead creates apathy for a business and it's products. Just as it obviously did with Ozbargain - when they banned the posting of Vistaprint deals… that… weren't.

    I made two orders. One was a mug and a kid's T-shirt. Total cost $7.28 each (x2) I think it was. I choose the longest/cheapest shipping method. Then yesterday it arrived in the mail!

    Got all mine Monday/Tuesday, gotta say it's the most efficient packing I've seen from Vistaprint.

    Partner got her one order today, it was a photo book wouldn't suggest ordering one rather below average compared to what you can get elsewhere.

      Yes, sometimes you'll get a few orders/products in the one box! But I've had few times where I received a small box and or post bag from overseas with something silly… Like only 1 ruler or stress ball!!!

        I know usually it's a large box with a box or 2 of business cards leaving more than 3/4 of the box empty but this time it was packed tight, in fact I'm going to have a hard time getting through all these business cards etc.
