      As the rep says above, this is international model, aka grey import, then I believe the 2 years warranty will be covered by the company instead of Samsung Australia.

      Samsung do not have a worldwide warranty on their phones, only their cameras.
      So if you buy a grey imported product the seller has to honour the warranty under consumer law.
      Saying this, and i am only speaking from experience with similar grey deals (kogan and mobicity) they tend not to use genuine parts if something goes wrong and the work can take a lifetime to get done.
      I bought an S3 as a grey import and the screen stopped working, as Samsung refused to fix it as it was an import i sent it back to the retailer i bought it from. They replaced the screen but it was not genuine (in the end i paid cash to samsung to have it fixed) the screen they had put on it was worth maybe $100 retail vs the $300 the genuine one is worth. It was not a proper Amoled screen and the difference was clearly noticable.
      When JB is selling the Australian model 4G version for $768 i think i would rather pay the extra money for the piece of mind. I am sure this is a good deal, but people i dont think realise what happens when you grey import products.

    I'd be careful buying this exynos octa version, if you read on xda people have been getting stuttering issues(even though it benches higher than the snapdragon version it is not as smooth in real life), overheating and poor battery life.

      Sockpuppeting has no effect on whether a company is dodgy or not. If the deal has a substantial number of votes or comments, then the deal stays up. I have no further information regarding legitimacy other than public whois information. Registrant can be found on Facebook. They also have a highly rated eBay store as referenced earlier in the comments.

    For those that missed it above: There is a pickup fee of $10 on non promo items (eg. Galaxy Note 2) as opposed to the usual usual shipping fee which I read above was $18.

    Well guys, as i promised to report back my experience.
    Here goes! I received my S4 at lunchtime today "Wednesday" after placing my order on Sunday night.
    Phone was delivered via FED ex packaged well and phone was completely sealed. It even had inside the box a genuine aus power adaptor " very supprised" and a genuine Samsung flip case and a decent screen protector.i also took pics incase some keen individual want to see.
    Phone works perfect.
    I also want note, it had a sticker on the front of the box with the genuine Samsung smart care 24 month warranty.
    So I assume if there is a problem, we will send phone to exp one, then they send to Samsung overseas for any repair etc.
    Pretty good if u ask me..

    Gotta say now, despite being worried with all the comments earlier. It was a good choice to buy from these guys.

    This is officially a great bargain!
