The Proform 290SPX spin bike has a 20kg flywheel that guarantees you a smooth and stable workout. Using a traditional chain drive system ensures you will have responsive pedalling providing great control over the increase and decrease in speed during a spin workout. The quick stop break system is a great safety feature of the bike as you will no longer have your legs being driven by the momentum of the fly wheel when you are tiring at the end of a session and struggling to slow down without straining or causing yourself injury. The frame is made from welded steel which is strong while it has been treated with an enhanced corrosion resistant material for added durability.
