  Batteries look like NiMh from the photo of the AA.

  Don't buy the Duracell rechargeable batteries, they died after 20 cycles and it's not LSD.

  Not sure about the older ones that come with the charger, but after googling a little bit it seems that the newer type Stay Charged batteries are comparable to Eneloops.

  Also I checked the AAA ratings, and they are not 2000mAh. They are actually only 800mAh according to a Duracell data sheet from the Duracell website. http://www.duracell.com/media/en-US/pdf/gtcl/Product_Data_Sheet/EU_DATASHEETS/DX2400%20NiMh-%20800mAH-AAA-StayCharged.pdf

  The old Duracell Precharged were the same as Sanyo eneloop.

  These new Stay Charged ones may be different as the specs don't seem to quite match with any of the eneloop batteries. I believe that Duracell may have gone with a cheaper supplier in China.

  I had about 20+ AA Duracell rechargeable batteries over the years, they all died after 20 cycles. Now I had only 3 AA cells left.

  2 months ago, I saw them on special for half price at Coles supermarket.

  I didn't buy any because I know it's all junks.
