    Thoughfull being that you cant adjust the angle? ie a normal laptop you can adjust the screen angle for lighting or sharing etc

      No you can't. Unfortunately it is the trade off for making a firmer screen for touch. I should ammend my comment to: For some, it may be a thoughtful consideration.

  Hey peter, I own this laptop. The pen has a (removable) hard tip but is pressure sensitive. The lines it draws are accurate. I would like it to require less pressure, but it does work perfectly.

      Just one thing to be aware of, this is a N-Trig pen, not a Wacom. If you're using Sketch Book Pro, there is no problem, but for Adobe… the pressure sensitivity won't work.
      
      If you need a pen with pressure sensitivity for photoshop/lightroom, this isn't the tablet for you.
      
      For any interested, seems to be N-Trig are using Microsoft Pen API for their drivers, but Adobe only accept WinTAB drivers that Wacom uses. Microsoft says talk to Adobe, their drivers work. N-Trig says, talk to Adobe and Microsoft, their drivers work. Adobe says talk to Microsoft, their API isn't up to scratch. Conclusion: Don't expect this pen to ever work with Adobe :( Which is stupid since it comes with Photoshop Express installed!
      
      tl;dr summary - This pen isn't for Photoshop

With the pen you can actually run Photoshop/Lightroom and won't need a drawing pad. I wish we could get the i7 with 8GB and 256GB SSD for a better price.

  Hi Nadan, please see my note above - it works with Photoshop/Lightroom, but not with pressure sensitivity. It won't replace your Wacom drawing pad just yet :(
