    Only fault I can find is 4GB RAM, 8 would be better. But that is easily upgradable. Looks like a good deal to me. Can anyone comment on how reliable JW is? I've never dealt with them before.

      Hi Shap08, The model you link to is the X3A not X3C … X3A was the first generation Series 9 released more than a year ago. Also that listing is marked as Refurbished, we are selling brand new units.

  • I believe one user upgradable RAM slot, not sure about ssd

    • Apparently the RAM is soldered on board :( there's always something :(

    EDIT 2: The SSD is replaceable.
