Comes with the dock which the JBHIFI deal does not.

Good price/specs for a tablet that essentially has a ~20 hour battery life with the dock.

  And there already exists a newer or at least better model, the TF700 Transformer Pad Infinity with a Full HD display. Although I have to admit I didn't see much of a difference at all comparing TF300 and TF700 side by side in a shop. I guess both of them are getting a bit old already, but there isn't really anything else comparable out there yet.

  Just a note to buyers though, the TF300 was the revised version of the TF201 as it fixed the issues of the GPS and other signal issues

    The tf300 has ddr3 memory and tf700 I think was only ddr2 which made the tf300 nearly as fast but I dont know about the tf201
