Just doesn't seem right to not get paid to buy one.

IF you get the cash. Am still waiting for money from kenwood and commbank after lots of hassle.
Cashback is a bit of a scam. Figure on recovering only 50%, given the hassle and risks.

    • I have no problem with cashback from Harvey Norman, Brother, Microsoft, etc.

      • yeah but this is dlink

so far i dont think anyone has seen any money from the last DSE $84.50 adventures

$160 on the chance dlink actually pay up??? hmmmm….

        • Its actually not D-Link.
They all just use the same company, some outsourced place in NSW.

I noticed a few of the addresses that I send my cashbacks to are very similar and some of them were even same.

        • I emailed Dlink and they replied me received my form and in progress.

They manager said received 600 claim need sometime.

I believe the D-link office on Talavera road North Ryde where i posted my cashback to isnt in some utsourced place in NSW

        • Yeah I think they did it by themselves this time.

    Did someone miss out?

  • Mine has been a good router so far.
Wireless has good range and my connection has been reliable.

    • Are you using 5Ghz or 2.4GHz and what WiFi Adapter?

    • Mostly 2.4GHz
      Mostly 802.11g.
      I'm comparing to the 2.4GHz 802.11g signal from a Billion 6404vgp r3.

I now get reliable signal inside my tin shed with the door closed, wheras previously, I got either no signal at all, or at best patchy signal with the door open.
Get good signal on both my Powerbook G4 (now living in the shed) and on my phone, LG Optimus G.

Router is positioned in the same location (give or take a few cm)

  • Rang Dlink today Girl on reception ms A is processing receiving sofar 400 of 600 or more have been opened for claims received up til 10th May. Senders of these should have been notified by email. Did not have the heart to ask when first payment was to be sent out as comp stated at least 60 days turnaround.

    • Mine was received by them on the 15th according to tracking, no email yet though….. :(
