    Surface pro has better specs, mainly higher resolution, better CPU, Win8 , better videocard (though still onboard), USB3, etc.

    Prices are pretty similar, if you want a tablet with a digital pen, I'd buy the pro, out this week.

  Not a bad unit, though the Surface pro is out on Frida or tomorrow I believe, a much better device.

    Apparently it suffers from overheating problems.

    I once saw a review of this where they had to run its benchmarks in a freezer

      I've had one for over 2 months now and it definitely does not overheat even when watching FHD videos or maxing out the CPU/GPU.

  $300 cheaper and most time probably milisecond slower.
  If you going to type a lot on this tablet, you better buy one come with keyboard dock or traditional laptop. And win7 is useless with touch screen.

  when the aptiv has a 1080p screen and can be had for $1260 and comes with dock and 128gb ram, this is a crap deal i must say
