As I know, Caribbean market having $5 off for setting your own stall on Friday but this Friday would be the last. If you have something to sell besides on ebay and in/near Vic, go ahead. Or grab a stall, and sell nothing, just sit there =D lol
Call the management, ask for free stall including location, time & other free stuff like table or chair on Friday, get your items or people, then on Friday, show up?

how do we apply for it? or de we just rock up there, and they offer us the stall to set up?
