    What's warranty on the Samsung microSDs like? Does Samsung have a direct address I can use? If I go via you for RMA, how long is the turnaround or is it possible to get a one-to-one replacement if I go via you?

    I currently have a bunch of Sandisk ones with lifetime warranty, and have posted them to an Australian address for RMA (despite purchasing from Amazon US or a UK retailer), and received a replacement via courier… so it'd be great if Samsung does something similar.

      No Samsung does not offer that service at the moment.
      We advise customer to return faulty units to us and we will do a one-to-one swap, which benefits customer as the turnaround time will only take about 1-2 weeks.

      We purchase our cards from authorized Samsung distributor
      Details on the package (package, part number), they are exactly from Samsung.
      Based the description for the item on eBay, past experience tells me that this is one of those "OEM Samsung cards with logo print on it".
      You can always check on Samsung website to verify on the cards they have.

        Generally Go Pro works fine with both Samsung and SanDisk 32GB microSD cards.
        If you are going for speed, then Samsung runs at a higher speed compare to SanDisk.

      I would recommend Samsung as it is more stable compare to SanDisk.

        I think saying that 'most' ebay sellers are in fact fakes is a ridiculous overstatement. The majority are not fake - i don't deny that there are fakes out there, but it is actually rather rare. A lot of the high end reputable sellers are actually online stores who have their own websites as well as an ebay store.
        I don't think I've ever encountered a fake seller who is based in Australia, let alone one with good reputation. Fake sellers are often located in Hong Kong or China and a very sus with their wording in their descriptions.

          You look for the ones saying Australian stock… that said, Sandisk has international warranty - I've been able to RMA cards bought from Amazon US by sending to an address in Australia, with replacements being couriered in from the USA. :)

          If it's legitimate stock - and there has to be legit stock in HK though it might be hard to find - it doesn't matter which country you bought it from.

      Happened thrice - nothing shows up on my paypal account or in my emails.
      Wonder if this could be a browser problem - however I've never had any problems with Safari on my Mac on the paypal site so far.
