ME400C1B vs ME400C-1A in terms of model number.. PM with OW will be hard work

    • Yep definitely hard. Tried price matching last time they had this deal but OW refused due to slightly different model numbers.

In fact two of three stores refused me but third time lucky.

  • Can the Op upload the Priceworks receipt please

  • Should mention that you can get a Bonus MS Office (Home & Student?) via redemption.

    • Yep its Home and Student. Just got it delivered 2 days ago :)

  • Anyone know where I can find the keyboard attachment?

    • Keyboard and transleave cover $118 at HN . I got one makes like a lot easier highly recommend it. Lasts about 10 hrs on 1 charge

  • $395+Shipping if you don't live in a location with a Computer Alliance store. $19 for shipping to Adelaide here.

Technically, OW will only price match an online product inclusive of its delivery price. Seeing delivery isn't free to most of Australia then it adds another level of difficulty to price matching the $395.

Regarding the OW's bs model number scheme, I'm pretty sure the model numbers on the boxes are still the real ones and not the OW bs ones, aren't they?

  • It's a bit of an impulse buy
Bought one at the last sale and used it very rarely
It's simply too slow for anything but basic Internet and word processing.

Often I need to bring out the keyboard attachment to alt tab and kill any rogue processes.

I will impressed initially at the start. But after a couple of weeks I,m back to my iPad 3

Harvey Norman is basically the only place with the keyboard in stock.
I've received my free ms office about a week ago

Seriously if considering this and the keyboard. The $599 hp envy price matched to $569 at Officeworks may be a better overall buy.
