      • good price i guess, but i'm always wary about buying refurbished from online stores

  • Hopeless.

  • Nevermind.

  • "We are sorry, but the page you asked for does not exist.

    What to do next?"

  • Wow this is pretty cheap right? Especially include the dock and 32gigs model. Yes it refurbished but still new much better this than a second hand buy at lease u still get the full 12months warranty.

    Just order one thanks OP

If your buying for a purpose then refurb. is ok, if your buying as a toy then you might not be happy if it has a few scrataches, wear, etc.

    What I usually find ^^

A personal tale of four TF300Ts and docks:

I've always liked the design of the ASUS TF series, so last July I bought my partner a TF300 + dock for her birthday. It hummed along fine for three months and then started rebooting itself every few minutes. To its credit, ASUS arranged pickup & repair (we're in regional AU) and returned it to us 14 days later, all under warranty. Since then it's been working nicely except that battery life has severely deriorated; 12 months on with docking station plugged in it will run for about 90 minutes. :( – however, I note that she uses it almost continuously so maybe the batteries aren't meant to be charged too frequently (I'm kidding). I am advised there is no warranty on batteries <grrrr>.

In the meantime, I sell my last year's ALDI pad and get myself a TF300T from our local OW ($399). A week later it would no longer dock, so I take it back for a change over. The replacement has the same problem so it went back for a refund. A bad batch at the local OW maybe?

I pick up another TF300T from a distant OW. This time the battery life is about 30 minutes on the pad only and about 2 hours with the dock plugged in. Back it goes for a refund.

Yesterday I picked up the ALDI pad… it works.

  • I have never purchased any refurbish units (Nexus 7, 2 laptops, Galaxy S3, 2 sony android phones) that have had any distinct physical damage to them, maybe just lucky, but assumed that any clear damage would have been addressed in the refurbish process.

I guess I'll see when I get it, but if battery life is an issue its going back to be fixed under warranty.

  • Like Grimr said I too brought refurbish (Dell LCD monitor) before and no damage or scratch like what u guys been saying. Wait and see when I get it. One thing I like about refurbish thou is that they do recheck the product and making sure they work before repackage them back into the box so instead of getting a DOA product.

But for $299 include delivery for a 10inch tablet still very good price for a quad core.
